Abstract
A 66 year old man with acute myocardial infarction underwent cardiopulmonary resuscitation before being treated with streptokinase and heparin. Seventeen hours later he died of an intrathoracic haemorrhage caused by multiple fractures of the sternum and ribs.Keywords
