Abstract
Reflection spectra of single crystals of Hg1−xMnxTe1−ySey (0.01<xy=0.01) in the far-infrared range (10–600 cm−1) are investigated at 300 and 77 K. A series of new phonon modes is observed, in addition to the longitudinal and transverse modes corresponding to the ternary compounds. Keywords
