Abstract
Some general methods of covalent coupling of nucleotides, especially derivatized nucleotides, polynucleotides and co-factors to insoluble polymers are described in this paper. Wherever necessary individual methods also carry some information on the binding of enzymes to the same polymers to serve as a guide to the efficiency of the coupling methods. Keywords
