Abstract
Isoleucine, norleucine and leucine separate on a 1-dimensional chromatogram with a solvent of 35% pyridine, 35% amyl alcohol, 30% water. Further development in the 2d dimension with 70% n-butanol, 7% glacial acetic acid and 23% water separates also the valines and amino butyric acid.
