Abstract
Well separated BaTiO3 microcrystallites were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) in rapidly annealed, amorphous BaTiO3 thin films. The crystallization temperature for amorphous BaTiO3 is between 400 °C and 500 °C.Keywords
