Abstract
An infant with cyanotic congenital heart disease who died at the age of 32 days is described. The right ventricular myocardium was found to be replaced by granulation tissue. The difficulty of clinical diagnosis is discussed. The lesion may reflect intrauterine infarction of the right ventricular myocardium. Keywords
