Abstract
Garden peas grown in solutions deficient in N, P, K, Ca, or Mg significantly reduced the fecundity of Myzus pisi in comparison with rearings on full nutrient plants. Reductions were most pronounced on the N and P deficiencies; lesser on the P, Ca, and Mg deficiencies. Deficient plants succumbed earlier to injury superimposed by aphid feeding than did those on full nutrient. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
