Abstract
The disaccommodation of magnetic permeability in amorphous zero-magnetostrictive alloys occurs due to gradual pinning of domain walls by the induced anisotropy. To eliminate the disaccommodation one should induce the perpendicular anisotropy in order to fix the position of walls and to control magnetization by rotation process. However, if the magnitude of the perpendicular anisotropy is too large, the value of μ becomes reduced. Therefore a very careful heat treatment is necessary. The optimum values found, so far, for Fe4.7Co70.3Si15B10 are μ=1.3×104 and D3=0.6%.Keywords
