Abstract
DUODENAL obstruction secondary to intramural hematoma has been reported as a complication of nonpenetrating abdominal trauma, but may also occur spontaneously.Felson and Levin1 reported 4 cases of intramural hematoma of the duodenum and described pathognomonic x-ray findings, which were present on gastrointestinal examinations in our patient and allowed a correct preoperative diagnosis.Case ReportG.M.
