Abstract
Equipment for power factor measurements of insulating oils, especially designed to insure accuracy of result and to offset difficulties commonly encountered, is described in this paper together with an operating technique that has been found to produce highly satisfactory results. Extraneous factors likely to influence the accuracy of results also are mentioned. Keywords
