The effect of single doses of amylobarbitone sodium and carbamazepine in tinnitus

Abstract

The effect of amylobarbitone and carbamazepine given as single oral doses on the loudness and frequency of unilateral tinnitus was measured [in patients]. The drugs did not alter these parameters or change the auditory threshold in the affected ear.
