Abstract
A new form of experimental diabetes with 100% incidence is described. Four types of experiments have attempted to elucidate its mechanism of action, and further investigations are required to settle the etiology of this problem. The fact that benzothia-diazine derivatives given together can cause diabetes may have other implications. One pregnant dog developed diabetes on diazoxide alone.
