Abstract
Field representations are presented in a uniaxial bianisotropic material region. The results reveal that the solution of a source-free vector wave equation is the sum-integral form of the circular cylindrical vector wave functions in isotropic media. The application of the proposed theory to scattering is considered.Keywords
