Abstract
An anomalous capacitance−vs−voltage characteristic of Schottky barriers on n−type single−crystal perovskite strontium titanate is described. This anomalous phenomenon is assigned to a heavily doped buried layer which forms during the evaporation of the metal contact.Keywords
