Integrally Charged Quarks and2γDecay ofπ0andη

Abstract

It is shown that the Nambu-Han model of integrally charged quarks can account for both ${\pi }^0\to 2\gamma$ and $\eta \to 2\gamma$ decay rates with a suitable specification of $0^{-}$ and $1^{-}$ meson states in "charm" space.
