Abstract
Wheat of natural bulk density is treated as a two-phase mixture of prolate air spaces dispersed in solid material of wet kernel properties. Analytical expressions resulting from the model describe the dielectric behaviour of wheat of moisture content ranging from 10% to 20%.Keywords
