Complexes d'hematoporphyrine IX avec le platine(II): synthese, intermediaires, spectres, interet biologique

Abstract

The platinum–porphyrin (HP_•Pt) complex was prepared from hematoporphyrin IX (HPH₂) and potassium chloroplatinate(II). An intermediate complex was isolated corresponding to the formula HPH_2•PtCl₂. U.v., visible, and i.r. spectra of the complexes are obtained and are discussed. The complex HPH_2•PtCl₂ is the first intermediate identified in these reactions. A biological application of this intermediate for the treatment of tumors is sought.
