Abstract
Fractionally collected human semen has been separated into 11 fractions by means of starch-gel electrophoresis. The acid phosphatase activity is almost exclusively located in a single component, which migrates at a speed between that of the Fa2-globulin fraction and the albumin fraction of serum.Keywords
