Abstract
Current-voltage characteristics of Pb(Zr0.40Ti0.6o)O3 have been measured in the vicinity of the phase transition (Curie point). The conditions for determining the electrical conductivity have been found, and some attempts have been made to apply the space-charge-limited current theory to calculate the trap density in a given material. Keywords
