Abstract
SUMMARY: Ovulation in the sheep could be blocked by chlorpromazine used as a neural blocking agent. The neural stimulus leading to the release of sufficient gonadotrophin to cause ovulation was shown to occur within 2 hr. after the onset of oestrus.Keywords
