Abstract
The rates of N-demethylation of dimethylnitrosamme and dimethylnitrosamine-d,; by rat liver microsomes were studied by monitoring formaldehyde production. Deuterium isotope effects of 1.6 and 3.8 were found for the Michaelis constant and the maximum velocity, respectively. Keywords
