Abstract
A surface hydrogen effect to modulate the pure electronic-state transition in perovskite Ca0.9Yb0.1MnO3 synergistically generates a more suitable eg electron filling status and better conductivity. This achieves 100 times higher catalytic activity compared to that of a pristine sample. Keywords
