Abstract
A technic of conservative myomectomy is described which has been highly successful in a large number of cases. A feature is the inversion of tissue into the cavity created by removal of uterine fibroids to minimize the danger of hematoma formation and preserve uterine integrity. Ventrofixation or fixation of the vesicouterine fold corrects uterine displacement.
