Abstract
Beta-glucuronidase activity of cervical carcinoma tissue is definitely higher than that of benign cervix, while in ovarian and endometrial tumors there is an overlap with activities of normal tissues. In presence of lower genital tVact carcinoma the beta-glucuronidase activity of vaginal secretions is higher than normal, but there is some overlap with values from pregnant and tricho-monas vaginitis patient secretions. Following radiation therapy of genital carcinoma the activity of vaginal fluids decreased.Keywords
