Anharmonic effects in the theory of solid argon

Abstract
The thermodynamic properties of solid argon are evaluated theoretically using the Debye quasi-harmonic theory and an Einstein theory modified to include anharmonic effects. The anharmonic theory gives better agreement with experiment except for the specific heat at low temperatures.Keywords
