SYNTHESIS OF HUMAN [11-LEUCINE]MINIGASTRIN-1 .1. PREPARATION OF FULLY PROTECTED TRIDECAPEPTIDE AMIDE

Abstract

The synthesis of the tridecapeptide amide corresponding to an 11-leucine analog of human minigastrin I is described. The fully protected peptide derivative was obtained by assembly of 3 suitably protected fragments corresponding to the sequences 1-6, 7-9 and 10-13 by the carbodiimide/N-hydroxysuccinimide method.
