Abstract
A time and temperature relationship required to destroy certain pathogenic organisms in milk feeds has been ascertained. A method of achieving this destruction by using steam at atmospheric pressure is described, and a routine method for use in milk kitchens is suggested. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
