Percutaneous Intra-arterial Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Intra-cranial Neoplasms: A review of 36 cases

Abstract

Nineteen patients were treated by a combination of 6 weekly injections of Vinblastine and a concurrent course of radiotherapy. Combined treatment was thought to give rapid and more profound objective improvement than radiotherapy alone but survival rats were not improved. The technique of administration is described.
