Abstract
Electron‐beam lithographic techniques have been used to fabricate Nb microbridges, and their superconducting properties have been investigated. A reduced Tc is found for some of the links, and microwave‐induced steps and the temperature dependence of the critical current consistent with the Josephson effect are observed. Keywords
