Cytolytically active murine T-cell hybrids

Abstract
An established T-cell growth factor (TCGF)-dependent murine cytolytic T lymphocyte line [TG14 OU5] was fused with a mouse thymoma line [AKR-A] giving hybrids with cytolytic activity when the hybrids were selected in TCGF-containing medium; hybrids isolated in the absence of growth factor showed no detectable cytolytic potential.
