Abstract
A simple and economical method is described for concentration of viral diagnostic antigens using polyvinylpyrrolidone and Carbowax 20-M. Evidence of serologic increase in titer has been presented with influenza, mumps, lymphocytic choriomeningitis and poliovirus antigens.Keywords
