Abstract
Trivalent poliomyelitis vaccine resists heating at 40[degree] to 45[degree]C for 10 to 30 minutes. When heated at 50[degree] C for 10 to 30 minutes type 1 antigenicity is weakened considerably, and when heated at 55[degree] C for 10 to 30 minutes most all antigenicity is lost. Keywords
