Thymoma and systemic lupus erythematosus.

Abstract
The simultaneous occurrence of a thymoma and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is reported. Disease state associated with thymoma are reviewed and the possible immunological basis for this spectrum of diseases is discussed. The role of angiography in the diagnosis of thymic tumours is described.Keywords
