Observations of a Regular Void Array in Natural Fluorite Irradiated with 100 keV Electrons

Abstract
Transmission electron microscopy observations of saturated electron radiation damage in natural fluorite crystals are briefly described. The damage takes the form of a superlattice array of defects presenting a contrast typical of voids. The void superlattice is simple cubic.Keywords
