Communication

Abstract
The ingredients of a good program of communications are discussed from the point of view of the supervisor, manager, and administrator. The organizational climate is described in terms of the need to belong, job satisfaction, tangible recognition as an individual, and employee participation. The process of communication is brought out by a series of questions to be answered. The importance of the listening aspect of communication is stressed. Formal and informal techniques of communication are discussed in broad terms. Motivation is the end product of effective communication.
