Abstract
Summary Analysis of purified human cytomegalovirus (CMV) by sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis revealed 32 polypeptides with mol. wt. ranging from 13500 to 235000. Similar analysis of purified preparations of four strains of CMV showed a remarkable similarity in polypeptide composition. Results indicate that the four strains may be related. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
