Abstract
Ten minutes after intraperitoneal injection of 4-Cl4_testosterone in ten 45 day old Sprague Dawley rats the radio-active metabolites 5[beta]-androstane-3[alpha],17[beta]-diol, 5[alpha]-androstane-3[alpha], 17[beta]-diol were isolated from the liver; 5[beta]-androstane-3[alpha]-ol-17-one from liver, seminal vesicles and prostate; testosterone from blood plasma, seminal vesicles and prostate. Unidentified strongly polar metabolites were present in the four organs examined. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
