Abstract
The relative phase shift between a light grating and an induced refractive index grating is investigated in doped LiNb03 and LiTaO3 crystals by holographic beam coupling experiments. The results yield information on various contributions of charge carriers to the light induced transport due to drift and diffusion currents.Keywords
