Abstract
This review considers: the formation and circulation of aqueous humor (intra-ocular dynamics for various blood constituents, role of carbonic anhydrase, thermodynamic equilibrium between aqueous humor and plasma); mechanism of drainage of fluid from the eye; and the regulation of intra-ocular pressure.
