Abstract
The computed tomography scan has revealed the location and size of abnormal pelvic masses as an adjunct to other diagnostic studies. Its usefulness was expanded by air distension of the bladder, which accommodates to adjacent structures and highlights abnormalities in its own wall and other organs. Bladder and prostate cancer are diagnosed. The patients are prepared according to a simple routine. The cost of each study is justified by the information gained. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
