Abstract
Several oscillations observed in the intensity of angle-integrated photoelectron emission from the conduction band of W are interpreted to be a consequence of the structure of the multiply connected Fermi surface in the repeated-zone scheme. Other structures are interpreted to be a result of core-hole final-state interactions with the conduction band. In cases where the two processes overlap, additional enhancement is possible.
