Abstract
Molybdenum disulfide has been intercalated with sodium and potassium. Both natural crystals of molybdenite and synthetic crystals were used, and measurements made on the intercalated products indicate a superconducting transition temperature of ∼1.3°K for sodium and ∼4.5°K for potassium. Keywords
