Abstract
Chick fibroblasts in tissue cultures were grown in culture media containing P32. Autoradiographs were prepared by the stripping film technic. These show appreciable concn. of P32 in the cytoplasm, low concn. in the nuclei and vacuoles of resting cells. Observations with the phase contrast microscope show no autoradiographs above nucleoli. Illustrations of photomicrographs of autoradiographs of resting and dividing cells are included. Keywords
