Abstract
A modification of the H2SO4 reaction for dehydroisoandrosterone is descr. The main difference from the other H2SO4 reactions is the use of ethyl ether as a diluent. Only in this way did the author succeed in obtaining clear reaction mixtures when working with urinary extracts. The reaction is sensitive and fairly accurate. Keywords
