Abstract
The baryon-meson vertex is calculated to lowest nonvanishing order in momentum transfer, in a relativistic theory in which the particles are assigned to unitary (infinite-dimensional) representations of . The coupling 56,56,35 contains no arbitrary parameters except for the over-all universal coupling strength. All the results are in excellent agreement with experiment.
