Abstract
A study was made of the effect of 5 yeast species upon P uptake by adults of 2 species of Drosophila. P uptake by both species is increased on medium containing live yeast The rate is increased more in females than in males. P uptake is sometimes strikingly different for flies of different species feeding on the same yeast. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
