Abstract
Summary Actively or passively established tuberculin hypersensitivity in Strain 2 guinea pigs is suppressed by methotrexate treatment for as short a period as 15 days. The suppression of this immune response does not seem to be due to a lymphopenic or anti-inflammatory effect of the drug. Keywords
