Abstract
Microspectrophotometric detns. of the Feulgen-ONA content of individual L no.1 and L no. 2 tumor nuclei and normal lymphocytes were made. The findings are in agreement with the known chromosome complement of these tumors, and, in addition are interpreted as reflecting the premitotic build-up of DNA in the tumor nuclei and possibly the presence of aneuploid chromosome numbers. The photometric results are in a reasonable agreement with the reported chemical studies of DNA phosphorus in Lymphoma no 1 and no. 2.Keywords
