Abstract
An alveolar soft part sarcoma localised in the pituitary gland extended into the suprasellar region. Three years after surgical removal there was a recurrency in the occipital horn of the right cerebral ventricle. This type of tumour predominantly occurs in the limbs and has never been reported in the pituitary region.Keywords
