Abstract
Employing the method previously descr. by the writer, coproporphyrin I was isolated from normal urine, and from the urine in an instance of hemolytic jaundice, and one of pulmonary suppuration. Coproporphyrin III was obtained from the urines of 3 individuals with lead poisoning. Identification of the porphyrins was made by means of absorption spectrum, crystal form, and ester melting point. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
